Always helpful, always kind. Everyone is treated professionally and with courtesy. I went in looking pretty rough but was treated no different than other customers. The staff explained what I didn’t know about the company and assisted me in buying the most appropriate gift. Great company, great store, great staff. The color bar is awesome!

Matt & Brandon didn’t tell us they closed 10 minutes prior to us walking in. They welcomed us with smiles and let our daughter pick out her birthday item. It wasn’t until we were checking out that we learned they were closed before we walked in!! We felt terrible but they assured us they were happy to let our daughter shop and would never turn anyone away. Thank you for excellent customer service!!

Brandon is amazing! Talk about top tier customer service! He was so patient and fun all in one! He showed me all the custom pieces that were available to me! As much as I’ve shopped in Dallas at Kendra Scott, I’ve never been introduced to the color bar! I had to come all the way to Arkansas to experience it! Susie, he needs a raise, and don’t forget about Arlette! They took care of me for my birthday! I’m going to look so amazing in my jewelry pieces for the Usher concert! Matt, made me want to purchase more jewelry, too! Thanks again for your immaculate service!!

My daughter and I went to the Kendra Scott store in Little Rock, Arkansas, to replace a heart on her earring that she lost. The manager, Matt, was so kind! He took us right to the color bar for a replacement and to my surprise didn’t charge us a dime!! The BEST customer service!!!

Brandon was so helpful!! As an employee for the company I love to see above and beyond customer service. I was on a hunt for a necklace that is no longer made. I gave this store a call and he was more than happy to do a sale for me and ship it!

Alana was great! I came in with 4 of my friends to get matching rings and she brought us right to the color bar and let us try everything out. The end result was amazing and we were so happy she helped us out!

The customer service was amazing! The receipt says that the woman who helped us was Arlette, so I'm going to assume it was her. I had a broken necklace and she replaced it with a new one! I was also shopping for prom jewelry and she asked to see the dress and gave her advice and answered all my questions. She helped me put together a beautiful neclace and earrings! Loved the experience!!!
